Why Choose Our Plano Party Bus Service?
Getting a large group across the Metroplex without someone getting lost on the Dallas North Tollway or circling a sold-out parking garage in Arlington is harder than it sounds. Plano Party Buses handles the whole puzzle. We've been coordinating group transportation since 2011, and our 24/7/365 reservation team knows which DFW lots sell out fastest on Cowboys weekends, how long the corridor from Legacy Drive to DFW's Terminal D actually takes on a Friday afternoon, and when to leave Plano if your group has a 9 PM curtain at Bass Performance Hall in Fort Worth.
Every quote comes out all-inclusive in under 30 seconds — no surprises about what's covered. You get exact pricing, vehicle photos, and instant availability right from your phone. ADA-accessible vehicles are always in our network; just mention your needs upfront and we'll match the right bus.
Imagine skipping the headache of coordinating five cars to AT&T Stadium, watching half the group arrive late because SH-183 backed up past the DFW Connector, and then realizing nobody wants to be the designated driver for the return trip. One bus solves all three problems. Our consistently high level of planning support is why groups across Collin County keep coming back.

Plano Airport Shuttles & Transportation
DFW International Airport (2400 Aviation Dr, DFW Airport, TX 75261) handles over 73 million passengers a year and sits roughly 25 miles southwest of downtown Plano — an easy 30-to-35-minute drive when the DNT and SH-114 are cooperating, which on a Friday afternoon before a holiday weekend, they often are not. A Plano airport shuttle bus rental takes the group straight from a single pickup point to the terminal curb, bypassing the Terminal D cell phone lot backup and the recirculation lane gridlock near Departures.
For arriving groups, your coordinator contacts our team once everyone has bags at the agreed-upon curbside door, and the bus moves in. Terminal A uses the upper level for Departures and the lower level for Arrivals — confirm your terminal with the airline before landing so there's no wrong-concourse scramble. Dallas Love Field (8008 Herb Kelleher Way, Dallas, TX 75235) is a smaller and often faster option for Southwest travelers, roughly 20 miles from Plano via US-75 South.
We serve both airports. Call 214-396-1135 to book your Plano airport transportation today!

Plano Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
The night doesn't have to track a parking schedule. A Plano bachelorette party bus rental lets your group hit the rooftop bars in Uptown Dallas, work through the cocktail bars on Greenville Avenue, and close out in Deep Ellum — all in one vehicle with no one drawing straws for the designated driver role. Our 15- to 50-passenger party buses come loaded with a full-length bar, LED lighting, Bluetooth sound, and flat-panel TVs, so the energy is already high before the bus reaches the Dallas city limits.
Plano to Uptown runs about 20 miles via US-75 South — fast on a Tuesday, unpredictable on a Saturday night when everyone else has the same idea. Skip the Uber surge pricing at 2 AM and the argument about which direction the hotel is. We'll build a custom schedule around your stops, confirm the pickup window for the end of the night, and get everyone back to Plano safely.

Plano Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
A party bus arrival is one of the most memorable entrances your guest of honor can make — and in Plano, where quinceañera and Sweet 16 celebrations fill ballrooms from Allen to Garland every weekend, it's become a staple of the evening. Our party buses are fully customizable: pre-load a playlist, coordinate a color scheme, and we can arrange buses in white, black, or silver to match your theme.
Whether the celebration is heading to a venue in Legacy West, a banquet hall in Richardson, or a dinner downtown at a Uptown Dallas restaurant, we size the vehicle to your guest count — a 25-passenger party bus for a tight-knit crew, a 40-passenger minibus for the extended family. For milestone adult birthdays heading to a night out in Deep Ellum or a comedy show at Addison Improv (4980 Belt Line Rd, Addison, TX 75001), one bus keeps the whole group together from pickup to last call. Call 214-396-1135 to plan your Plano birthday party bus!

Plano Concert Transportation & Shuttles
Dos Equis Pavilion (1818 1st Ave, Dallas, TX 75210) in Fair Park draws some of the biggest touring acts in the country every summer, and the parking situation along First Avenue on a sold-out night is exactly as stressful as it sounds — $20–$30 lots fill up fast, and the exit crawl on I-30 East after a show can stretch past midnight. A Plano concert bus rental drops your group near the entrance and picks everyone up when the last encore ends, so nobody's circling the State Fair grounds for a parking spot.
American Airlines Center (2500 Victory Ave, Dallas, TX 75219) hosts arena-scale concerts throughout the year alongside Mavs and Stars games, with bus and taxi drop-off on the north side of the arena. For outdoor amphitheater shows at the Pavilion at Toyota Music Factory in Irving (300 W Las Colinas Blvd, Irving, TX 75039), a minibus handles the Las Colinas streets better than a caravan of cars trying to share one parking structure. Call 214-396-1135 for a concert bus rental quote!

Plano Corporate Event Transportation
Plano sits at the center of one of the densest corporate corridors in Texas — Legacy West, the Granite Park campus off the DNT, and the Toyota North America headquarters are all within a few miles of each other, and the Dallas North Tollway during rush hour treats everyone equally badly. A Plano corporate bus rental keeps your team together and on schedule, whether you're running a hotel shuttle during a conference at the Plano Centre (2000 E Spring Creek Pkwy, Plano, TX 75074) or moving executives between Granite Park offices and a client dinner at Legacy Hall.
For recurring team commutes from park-and-ride lots into downtown Dallas, a charter bus with WiFi and power outlets means your staff arrives focused instead of frazzled. Companies with campuses spread across Plano, Richardson, and Allen use us for inter-office shuttle routes that save everyone the DNT grind. Tell us your pickup locations and we'll build the route.
Call 214-396-1135 to discuss corporate shuttle options!

Plano Private Event Transportation Services
Planning a group outing across the Metroplex? A Plano private charter bus rental keeps your itinerary together — family reunions hitting multiple stops, church retreats heading out to Glen Rose, alumni groups visiting campus at UTD in Richardson, or fall festival weekends at the Heard Natural Science Museum & Wildlife Sanctuary (1 Nature Place, McKinney, TX 75069).
The Plano Balloon Festival at Oak Point Park each September draws tens of thousands of visitors to Oak Point Park & Nature Preserve (2801 E Spring Creek Pkwy, Plano, TX 75074), and parking along Spring Creek fills hours before the first balloon lifts off. A private charter bus drops your group at the entrance while everyone else is still circling the neighborhood streets. For December events like the Lights of Prestonwood or New Year's Eve gatherings in downtown Dallas, rideshare surge pricing at midnight is famously punishing — one bus at a flat rate keeps your whole crew together for the countdown and the ride home.
Call 214-396-1135 to plan your Plano private event bus!

Plano Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Prom season across Collin County — late April through mid-May — is the single busiest stretch of the year for party bus demand in this market. Plano ISD, Plano East Senior, and Plano West Senior alone generate enormous booking demand in a narrow six-week window, and vehicles at the right size and price go fast. For prom: book by December or expect premium pricing or limited availability.
A typical six-hour prom rental for 30 students — school pickup, a photo stop at Arbor Hills Nature Preserve, venue drop-off, and a late-night return — costs significantly less when booked months ahead than when parents start calling in March. We work with parent committees across Plano ISD and neighboring Allen and Frisco schools every season. Homecoming in the fall fills up quickly too, especially on Friday nights when football at Ron Poe Stadium and homecoming dances land on the same weekend.
Call 214-396-1135 today to lock in your date!

Plano School Event & Field Trip Transportation
Teachers and administrators across Plano ISD trust us for field trips that actually run on schedule. A charter bus to the Perot Museum of Nature and Science (2201 N Field St, Dallas, TX 75201) gets a full grade level downtown without splitting the group into a caravan of parent vehicles navigating Woodall Rodgers Freeway. The museum's group entrance is on the north side of the building; buses unload along Field Street before the bus waits nearby for the return.
For closer trips, the Plano ISD Environmental Education Center (5601 Ecology Dr, Plano, TX 75074) and the ArtCentre of Plano (1039 E 15th St, Plano, TX 75074) both accommodate school groups and are easy minibus runs from campuses anywhere in the district. Longer drives — the Fort Worth Zoo, the Dallas World Aquarium, the Heard Museum in McKinney — are exactly where onboard restrooms and undercarriage storage for lunch coolers pay off. ADA-accessible buses are always in our network; just let us know ahead of time.
Call 214-396-1135 to book Plano school event transportation!

Plano Sporting Event Transportation
Getting a big fan group to AT&T Stadium (1 AT&T Way, Arlington, TX 76011) on a Cowboys game day means navigating SH-360, the Stadium Drive interchange, and parking structures that top $75 on premium lots — all while trying to keep 40 people in the same ZIP code. A Plano charter bus drops the group at the designated bus staging area on the northwest side of the stadium and picks everyone up when the final whistle sounds, so the tailgate starts on the highway and ends on the way home.
For Texas Rangers games at Globe Life Field (734 Stadium Dr, Arlington, TX 76011), bus parking is available in the East Parking Garage off Nolan Ryan Expressway — confirm current rates at the Rangers parking page before game day. FC Dallas fans heading to Toyota Stadium (9200 World Cup Way, Frisco, TX 75033) are just 10 miles up the DNT — a short run, but parking around Toyota Stadium on a sold-out MLS night is tighter than it looks. Mavs and Stars nights at American Airlines Center handle bus drop-off on Victory Avenue.
One bus, one parking pass, no carpool arithmetic. Call 214-396-1135 for Plano sporting event bus quotes!

Plano Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
A Plano wedding shuttle makes the logistics disappear for your guests. Running a loop between a Legacy West hotel and a ceremony at a venue in Allen or McKinney means your out-of-town guests never have to figure out SH-121 on a Saturday evening. Nobody in the wedding party shows up late because they missed an exit on the President George Bush Turnpike.
For receptions at The Bowden (3608 Legacy Dr, Plano, TX 75023) or Milestone Mayfield Ranch (1 Mayfield Ranch Blvd, Georgetown, TX 78628) and similar destination venues, a 56-passenger charter bus puts all your guests on one bus at a flat rate — so the RSVP doesn't have to include a map link and a parking diagram. Sprinter limos are the right pick for the bridal party on the wedding day itself — premium leather and individual climate control keep everyone comfortable before the first look. Because we've coordinated wedding transportation since 2011, your pickup windows and departure times stay tight from the first quote to the final drop-off.
Call 214-396-1135 for a free Plano wedding shuttle quote!

Plano Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
North Texas's wine country is more accessible than most people realize, and a Plano winery tour bus rental is the cleanest way to explore it without anyone watching their second glass. Messina Hof Winery & Resort (2901 S College Ave, Bryan, TX 77801) is a longer haul, but closer options like Delaney Vineyards (2000 Champagne Blvd, Grapevine, TX 76051) and CrossTimbers Winery (805 N Forest Ridge Blvd, Grapevine, TX 76051) are under an hour from Plano via SH-121 — and Grapevine's historic Main Street district adds dining and brewery stops to round out the day.
For a pub crawl closer to home, the craft beer scene along Plano's Legacy Drive corridor — HopFusion Ale Works is a short drive, and the Addison restaurant and bar district on Belt Line Road fits naturally into a full evening route. Your group stays in one vehicle from the first tasting to the last call, no one has to navigate the DNT in the dark, and the designated-driver question answers itself. Call 214-396-1135 for a Plano winery and pub crawl bus quote!

Frequently Asked Questions About our Plano Bus Rentals
How much does a party bus cost in Plano, Texas?
Plano party bus rental prices depend on vehicle size, the date, and how many hours you need. Our current ranges: 14-passenger Sprinter limos run $170–$344/hour; 15–20 passenger party buses run $204–$378/hour; 20–30 passenger party buses run $244–$414/hour; 35–50 passenger party buses and minibuses run $294–$490/hour; and 40–56 passenger charter buses run $150–$300/hour or $1,200–$2,500/day. The fastest way to get an exact number for your specific date and itinerary is to call 214-396-1135 — we provide all-inclusive pricing in under 30 seconds with nothing hidden.
How do I get from Plano to AT&T Stadium by charter bus?
AT&T Stadium sits about 35 miles southwest of Plano, and the drive down SH-360 or via I-30 on a Cowboys game day is reliably congested. A charter bus from Plano picks your group up at one location — a hotel, a neighborhood meeting spot, or a tailgate staging area — drops everyone at the designated bus staging zone near the northwest side of the stadium, and the bus waits nearby for a post-game pickup. You skip the $50–$75 premium parking charge and the 45-minute exit crawl on Stadium Drive.
Budget about 50–65 minutes each way from Plano on game days.
How does a group get picked up at DFW International Airport in a charter bus?
At DFW, commercial buses pick up from the Arrivals curbside at each terminal's lower level. Once your full group has luggage and is assembled at the agreed-upon door, your group coordinator contacts our team and the bus moves in from its waiting area. Because DFW's five terminals span a wide loop connected by the Skylink train, confirm your terminal before landing so no one is waiting at Terminal C while the bus is at Terminal E. Pre-arranged cruise and group transfers can also use the remote bus staging lots north of the international terminal.
Do not call for the bus until your full group is together with bags — timing at a high-traffic airport is everything.
When is the busiest booking period for party buses in Plano?
Prom season — late April through mid-May — is the tightest window in Collin County, with Plano ISD, Frisco ISD, and Allen ISD high schools holding events across the same six-week stretch. Vehicles at the right size and price are largely committed by January. The fall season picks up with homecoming weekends in October and holiday parties in November and December.
Cowboys and Rangers playoff runs can spike availability at short notice too. Booking three to six months out guarantees the best vehicle at the best rate; for prom specifically, December is the target deadline.
What's the difference between a party bus and a charter bus for Plano groups?
A party bus is built for celebration: wraparound perimeter seating, a full-length bar, color-changing LED lighting, and a dance area in the center of the cabin. It's the right pick for a bachelorette night in Uptown Dallas, a birthday crawl through Deep Ellum, or a prom group that wants the event to start on the way there. A charter bus is built for headcount and distance: forward-facing reclining seats, overhead storage, undercarriage luggage bays, onboard restrooms, WiFi, and power outlets — the right fit for airport runs, school field trips, corporate shuttles, and long hauls to Arlington or Fort Worth.
Both are in our network in Plano; the best pick depends on your group size, your itinerary, and what kind of ride you want.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking your Plano party bus or charter bus at least three to six months in advance to lock in the best price and the vehicle that actually fits your group. For prom, book by December — full stop. For weddings in peak season (May, June, October), six months is the safe window because the same vehicles serve multiple wedding weekends.
For Cowboys and Rangers playoff weekends, demand spikes quickly and vehicles commit fast. Outside of peak dates, two to four weeks of lead time is workable — but the earlier you call, the better your options. Call 214-396-1135 right now to check availability for your date!
Popular Plano Party Bus Destinations
A Plano party bus itinerary can span some of the best venues in the entire DFW Metroplex. Here are six of the most popular destinations we route groups to from Plano — with the logistics you'll actually need before you arrive.

Legacy West
Legacy West (7400 Windrose Ave, Plano, TX 75024) is Plano's premier mixed-use district — a walkable loop of upscale restaurants, luxury retailers, and rooftop bars anchored by the Toyota North America campus and surrounded by high-rise residential. Weekend evenings bring real pedestrian and parking pressure: the Legacy West garage fills by 7 PM on a Friday, and street spots along Windrose Avenue and Lebanon Road turn over slowly. A party bus drops your group at any restaurant or bar entrance along the loop and waits nearby for a pickup at the end of the night, cutting out both the parking battle and the who's-driving conversation.
It's one of our most common Plano evening runs.
Address: 7400 Windrose Ave, Plano, TX 75024

AT&T Stadium
Home of the Dallas Cowboys since 2009, AT&T Stadium (1 AT&T Way, Arlington, TX 76011) seats over 80,000 and expands to 100,000 for major events — making it the largest domed stadium in the world. Game-day parking in the stadium district ranges from $30 in remote lots to $75 and up in premium adjacent structures, all requiring pre-purchased passes with none sold at the gate. Charter bus staging is on the northwest side of the stadium, steps from the main plaza.
The drive from Plano runs 35–45 miles depending on your pickup point, and SH-360 South backs up significantly within two hours of kickoff. We recommend checking the official AT&T Stadium parking page before your visit to confirm current lot assignments and road closure schedules.
Address: 1 AT&T Way, Arlington, TX 76011
Phone: (817) 892-4000

American Airlines Center
American Airlines Center (2500 Victory Ave, Dallas, TX 75219) has been the home of the Dallas Mavericks and Dallas Stars since 2001, seating 19,200 for basketball and 18,532 for hockey. On-site parking in the Victory Park garages fills fast on sold-out nights, and Victory Avenue sees heavy pedestrian and vehicle congestion for several blocks in every direction. Official bus and taxi drop-off is on the north side of the arena along Victory Avenue.
From Plano, the run is roughly 22 miles south via US-75 — about 30 minutes off-peak, closer to 45–55 on a game night. The arena also hosts major concerts from arena-scale touring acts throughout the year. We recommend reviewing the official American Airlines Center parking page before your visit.
Address: 2500 Victory Ave, Dallas, TX 75219
Phone: (214) 222-3687

Globe Life Field
Globe Life Field (734 Stadium Dr, Arlington, TX 76011) opened in 2020 as the retractable-roof home of the Texas Rangers, with a capacity of 40,518. The ballpark sits immediately west of the old Globe Life Park site in the Arlington Entertainment District, sharing parking infrastructure with AT&T Stadium across the street — which means on days when both venues have events, the entire district locks up. Bus parking is in the East Parking Garage off Nolan Ryan Expressway; drop-off is available via Stadium Drive near Gate 4 on the first-base side.
From Plano, plan 40–50 miles and 50–65 minutes on a game day. We recommend checking the official Rangers parking guide before your trip to confirm current lot availability.
Address: 734 Stadium Dr, Arlington, TX 76011
Phone: (972) 726-4377

Toyota Stadium
Toyota Stadium (9200 World Cup Way, Frisco, TX 75033) is home to FC Dallas and the site of The Star — the Dallas Cowboys' world headquarters and practice facility complex. With a capacity of 20,500 and a growing reputation as one of the best soccer-specific venues in MLS, Toyota Stadium draws sellouts for rivalry matches and playoff games, with parking in the surrounding Star lots filling several hours before kickoff. The stadium is just 10 miles north of central Plano via the Dallas North Tollway — a short run on paper, but the DNT northbound backs up on event days when The Star's retail and restaurant district is also active.
Plano Party Buses drops groups near the main Gate 1 entrance on World Cup Way. Check the FC Dallas parking page before your match day.
Address: 9200 World Cup Way, Frisco, TX 75033
Phone: (214) 705-6700

Dos Equis Pavilion
Dos Equis Pavilion (1818 1st Ave, Dallas, TX 75210) sits inside Fair Park — the 277-acre National Historic Landmark campus that also hosts the State Fair of Texas each October — and draws major touring acts to its 20,000-capacity amphitheater from spring through fall. Parking inside Fair Park on a sold-out concert night runs $20–$30 in the nearest lots, with overflow pushing to street parking along Grand Avenue and Robert B. Cullum Boulevard, and the exit crawl on I-30 after a show is notorious. From Plano, it's about 20 miles south via US-75 — a straightforward run until the I-30 interchange.
A party bus from Plano drops the group at the Pavilion entrance and picks everyone up when the last song ends. Check the Dos Equis Pavilion plan your visit page before heading down.
Address: 1818 1st Ave, Dallas, TX 75210
